There is bad collision detection on things that crush you.
Energy capsules land closed then open weapon energy are spheres that just roll around.
The player can change his button configuration during the game by selecting “Option” on the menu screen.
Bottomless pits are done with deadly force just off the bottom of the screen (like some Game Boy titles) meaning rather than falling off the screen you basically just hit the bottom and explode.
Each stage has two areas like Mega Man 8.
